YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WHEN THE COMPANY IS ACCESSING AND RETRIEVING ACCOUNT INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, THE COMPANY IS ACTING AS YOUR AGENT, AND NOT AS THE AGENT OF OR ON BEHALF OF THE THIRD PARTY.
